Here's how it works . . .
Place the two CoolSistasTM blue, gel-filled packs in the freezer for 1-2 hours.
Stacked, they take up no more room than a small pizza. When you're feeling
the heat, remove the packs and insert them into the custom terrycloth slipcover.

For Night Sweats

For Daytime Hot Flashes
Part of the Chillpack can be placed across your lap and the rest
against your chest while you watch television or relax. The Chillpacks
are portable, but you may need to refreeze them during the day,
depending upon your circumstances.
When you're finished using the CoolSistas' Chillpack just return the
gel-filled packs to the freezer in a flat position until you need
them again. The gel-packs can be frozen and re-frozen. Our custom-made
